Slow Shutter Speed.
The effect that the slow shutter speed has is making the subjects look like transparent ghosts. I set the camera's shutter speed to 1/30 of a second just holding it without a tripod. This was the most interesting effect I had gotten with motion. Seeing the ghostly image gives you a sense of how slow the shutter speed actually is on the camera. I had the subjects in the picture jump and took the picture when they had just hit the floor.
Fast shutter speed.
The action captured here is the pushing of the ball above my head. We put the camera to the fastest shutter speed on the camera. The shutter speed of the camera had been 1/1600 of a second. My partner took the photo just as the ball was at its peak.
